角膜后弹力层脱离是白内障摘除及抗青光眼手术的术后并发症,随访观察9例角膜后弹力层脱离患者,结果表明轻度脱离对角膜影响不大,重度非扁平型脱离预后差.讨论了该并发症发生的原因、易发因素及对角膜的影响和预防要点.
The detachment of the corneal posterior layer of the cornea is a postoperative complication of cataract extraction and anti-glaucoma surgery. The follow-up observation of 9 cases of detachment of the corneal posterior elastic layer showed that mild detachment had little effect on the cornea and worse prognosis of severe non-flat detachment. The causes of complications, predisposing factors and the impact on the cornea and prevention points.
