探讨图书馆业务外包,在阐述笔者对图书馆业务外包认识的同时试图从中找出图书馆业务外包中若干争议性问题的答案。简述图书馆业务外包的缘起与涵义,回顾业务外包在图书馆的重要发展,总结业务外包在图书馆4大方面的应用,重点从正反两方面论述业务外包对图书馆的影响,继而引出对图书馆业务外包管理的重要性和方法的论述,最后得出图书馆业务外包管理的关键在于沟通的结论。
Exploring the outsourcing of library business, this article attempts to find out the answers to some controversial issues in the outsourcing of library business while expounding the author’s understanding of library outsourcing. It briefly reviews the origins and implications of outsourcing in libraries, reviews the important developments of outsourcing in libraries, summarizes the application of outsourcing in four major aspects of libraries, and focuses on the impact of outsourcing on libraries in both positive and negative terms, The discussion on the importance and method of library business outsourcing management concludes that the crux of library outsourcing management lies in the conclusion of communication.
