肥胖是心血管疾病的危险因素之一,与血管功能受损相关。硝苯地平作为钙拮抗剂的一种,有许多除了降低血压以外的功能,如改善内皮细胞功能,降低氧化应激。该研究利用膳食诱导的肥胖(diet induced obese,DIO)模型研究硝苯地平是否可改善血管生成反应。方法:选取8周龄C57BL/6J小鼠,随机分成DIO模型组(任其随意摄取高脂高糖饮食)和正常饮食两组。12周龄时,用含(不含)0.001%硝苯地平的膳食饲养。饲养1周后,对小鼠进行单侧后肢手术。
Obesity is one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease and is associated with impaired vascular function. Nifedipine as a calcium antagonist, in addition to many other functions to lower blood pressure, such as improving endothelial cell function and reduce oxidative stress. The study used a diet-induced obese (DIO) model to study whether nifedipine improves angiogenic responses. Methods: Eight-week-old C57BL / 6J mice were randomly divided into DIO model group (randomly fed with high-fat and high-sugar diet) and normal diet. At 12 weeks of age, a diet containing 0.001% nifedipine was kept. One week after feeding, mice were subjected to unilateral hind limb surgery.
