少数民族习惯法是习惯法的重要组成部分,它有着深厚的历史、文化和生活背景,是各少数民族在长期的历史发展和社会进步中自然形成和智慧累积的成果,其中也不乏关于生态环境保护的丰富内容。本文通过对习惯法及少数民族习惯法的概念做简要的梳理,列举藏族、侗族、傣族、蒙古族几个少数民族习惯法中的生态环境保护意识,希望给人们在大力发展工业社会的同时带来新的思考,为我国生态环境保护提供一定的借鉴和启示。
