目的探讨负压辅助愈合治疗系统促进肉芽创面生长的有效性。方法软组织缺损的患者43例,创伤面积6cm×8cm-15cm×18cm,创面均合并不同程度的感染。均使用负压辅助治疗愈合系统进行创面辅助治疗,负压为100-125mm Hg。创面情况改善后,分别选择了直接缝合、肌瓣、任意皮瓣、断层皮片移植等四种方式修复缺损。结果更换敷料1-5次,43例肉芽创面生长良好。结论应用负压辅助愈合治疗系统能有效促进肉芽创面生长。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of negative pressure assisted healing system to promote the growth of granulation wounds. Methods 43 cases of soft tissue defect patients, trauma area 6cm × 8cm-15cm × 18cm, the wounds were combined with varying degrees of infection. All patients were treated with negative pressure assisted healing system for wound healing. The negative pressure was 100-125 mm Hg. Wound condition improved, respectively, the choice of direct suture, muscle flap, any flap, cutaneous flap transplantation and other four ways to repair the defect. The results of the dressing dressing 1-5 times, 43 cases of granulation wounds grow well. Conclusion The application of negative pressure assisted healing system can effectively promote the growth of granulation wounds.
