The purpose of this study is to understand the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes and obesity and other chronic diseases among floating population in different industries, to master the main risk factors of chronic diseases and to set up prevention and control measures. Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method, home to carry out questionnaires and physical examination. The results showed that among the 303 sample population surveyed, 120 were overweight (39.60%), 52 were obese (17.16%), 85 were hypertension (28.05%) and 84 were dyslipidemia (27.72% The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 9.17, χ2 = 9.82, χ2 = 7.58, χ2 = 9.84, P = 0.002,0.001,0.006,0.000). There were 21 diabetes mellitus (6.93%) with no significant gender difference (χ2 = 0.66, P = 0.42). 72 (23.76%) smokers and 105 (34.65%) smokers in the sample smoking population had statistically significant differences in gender (χ2 = 148.71, χ2 = 173.66, P <0.01). In the past year, 124 people participated in physical exercise (40.92%), the gender difference was not statistically significant. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that sex, age, smoking, drinking, physical exercise were the main influencing factors of hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively control the social and individual risks of chronic diseases, carry out health education and health promotion through government-led, multisectoral and social participation, and promote the prevention and control of chronic diseases in an all-round way.
