目的:探讨补肾健脾方龟芪散、补肾方补肾定喘汤、健脾方加味六君子汤等扶正三方对连续激发哮喘的大鼠肺组织糖皮质激素受体(GCR)及血浆皮质酮水平的调节作用。方法:将给予扶正三方和必可酮的大鼠列为治疗组,哮喘模型大鼠列为对照组,采用放射配基结合分析和放射竞争性蛋白结合分析法,比较观察药物对连续激发哮喘的大鼠肺组织GCR及血浆皮质酮水平的影响。结果:哮喘激发后肺组织胞浆GCR的结合位点数(RT)值逐日下降,血浆皮质酮水平降低。激发第7天,扶正三方可显著上调GCR的RT值(P<005),并使血浆皮质酮水平明显上升(均P<005)。结论:扶正三方能提高哮喘大鼠肺组织的GCR的RT值,并提高其血浆皮质酮水平
Objective: To investigate the effects of Bushen Jianpi Fang Guiyu San, Bushen Fang Bushen Dingchuan Decoction, and Jianpi Fang Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction on the glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) and plasma corticosterone levels in asthmatic rats. The regulation effect. METHODS: Rats given Fuzheng Tripartite and Piccodone were included in the treatment group, and asthmatic model rats were included in the control group. Radioligand binding assay and radio-competitive protein binding assay were used to compare the effects of continuous anti-asthma asthmatics. Effects of GCR and plasma corticosterone levels in rat lung. RESULTS: The number of binding sites (RT) of GCR in lung tissue decreased gradually after asthma challenge, and plasma corticosterone levels decreased. On the 7th day of the initiation, the Fuzheng Trio significantly increased the RT of the GCR (P<005) and significantly increased the plasma corticosterone level (P<005). Conclusion: Fu Zheng San Fang can increase the RT of GCR in asthmatic rats and increase its plasma corticosterone level.
