育种工作的实践证明,合理利用原始材料是提高育种工作成效的关键。我省从五十、六十年代就开始广泛搜集整理农家品种,从七十年代初又从国外和省外大量引进小麦种质资源。如何正确评价这些种质资源的利用价值,并且从大量的种质资源中筛选出适合我省利用的亲本材料,是目前品种资源研究中的重要内容。为此,本文选用了不同生态类型的小麦品种16个,综合5年的试验结果,对与产量有关的粒数、粒重和穗重3个性状作稳定性分析,以阐明我省气候条件下不同生态类型小麦品种的稳定性,明确适合我省种植的小麦生态类型,为高产、稳产新品种的选育提供理论依据。
The practice of breeding has proved that the rational use of raw materials is the key to improving the effectiveness of breeding work. Since 1950s and 1960s, our province began to collect and sort out farmer varieties extensively, and from the early 1970s, we also introduced large quantities of wheat germplasm resources from abroad and from other provinces. How to correctly evaluate the utilization value of these germplasm resources, and screening a large number of germplasm resources suitable for the utilization of our province’s parent material, is an important part of the current study of species and resources. Therefore, 16 wheat cultivars with different ecotypes were selected in this study. Based on the 5-year experimental results, the stability of three traits related to grain yield, grain weight and panicle weight were analyzed to clarify the effects of climatic conditions The stability of wheat varieties with different ecotypes and the ecotypes of wheat suitable for planting in our province provide the theoretical basis for the breeding of new varieties with high yield and stable yield.
