随着科技和社会经济的飞速发展,各种 无线电新技术、新设备不断涌现,在社会生活 的各个领域得到日益广泛的应用。为了使有限 的频谱资源能够得到科学、有效的开发和利 用,防止无线电设备本身因质量不合格而产生 有害干扰,从源头上减少无线电干扰信号,确 保各种无线电设备正常运行,就必须加强对各 类无线电设备的管理,积极开展无线电设备检 测工作。 从现阶来看段,以GSM、CDMA、PHS (小灵通)为代表的各种无线通信技术和制式, 已被中国移动、中国联通、中国电信、中国网 通广泛应用。同时,第三代移动通信系统(cdma2000、W-CDMA、TD-SCDMA)的商 用化进程正在不断加快。此外,卫星直播、数 字集群、蓝牙、无线局域网、宽带固定无线接 入等技术也日趋成熟,进入了实际应用阶段。 所有这些,都对无线电设备检测工作提出了更 高的要求。
