高硅铸铁在硫酸、硝酸、室温盐酸和其它强腐蚀介质中具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,是制造耐酸泵、阀、塔、容器等的化工材料。高硅铸铁毛坯制件只能用铸造方法制造,而机械加工长期以来则用磨削方式。由于高硅铸铁的切削加工性能很差,因此当一些高硅铸铁制件需要钻孔、车制螺纹、插键槽等时,只得在铸件上直接铸成。显然,用普通的铸造方法在高硅铸铁制件上获得的孔、螺纹、键槽的精度和光洁度不能满足设备制造的要求,为此我们对高硅
