Copper added to improve the mechanical properties and heat resistance of alloying elements, tend to make the material’s thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity decreased. The alloys used so far have three types of compromises: the first, the alloys with 75% higher conductivity than copper and 10-60% more mechanical properties than copper, such as Cu-Ag, Cu-Cd, Cu-Te , Cu-Cr, Cu-Zr, Cu-Cr-Zr and the like. These alloys also have good thermal conductivity; the second category, the conductivity is 50% lower than copper, but the mechanical indicators at least double the copper
