我国在21世纪提出了西部大开发战略。该战略指出,要想经济得到发展,必须要加强科技创新能力,坚持科教兴国战略,增强我国的科技竞争力。为了达到可持续发展的要求,必须运用现代先进的科学技术和管理经验。本文结合西部贫困地区的现状,探讨现代传媒技术对其产生的影响。
China put forward the strategy of developing the west region in the 21st century. The strategy states that in order to achieve economic development, we must strengthen the ability of scientific and technological innovation, adhere to the strategy of rejuvenating our country through science and education, and enhance the competitiveness of our country’s science and technology. In order to meet the requirements of sustainable development, we must apply modern advanced science and technology and management experience. Combining with the current situation in the impoverished western region, this article explores the impact of modern media technology on it.
