在车削外螺纹的教学中,应要求学生不要拘于单一加工方法,而应在整个加工过程中,分不同的阶段,采用不同的方法,合理地将常规加工方法灵活地在螺纹加工过程中穿插应用。在多年的螺纹加工教学中,我采用了一种分层、分段的综合加工方法,收得了较好的效果。这种方法既有利于充分发挥各种加工方法的优势,又有利于教学质量的总体提高,很受学生的欢迎。
In the turning external thread teaching, students should be required not to be restricted to a single processing method, but should be in the whole process, in different stages, using different methods, the conventional processing methods and reasonable flexibility in the thread process interspersed application. In many years of thread processing teaching, I used a hierarchical, sub-integrated processing methods, received better results. This method is not only conducive to give full play to the advantages of various processing methods, but also conducive to the overall improvement of teaching quality, very popular with students.
