对医院管理的研究,有很多大议题,大家都在积极探讨。不过,也有些小题目,或者是大题目门类中的个别子题目,是管理工作中最基本最直接的问题,也值得我们关注。兹选三题,试作论述。以为引玉之砖,就教于同行。1 必须明确战略管理的出发点 战略管理是从全局和长远的观点来研究医院生存和发展的管理活动。战略管理的范围十分广阔而复杂,人才战略、科技发展战略、经营战略、规模发展战略等等。确立战略目标和战略思想的基础是:党和国家的卫生工作方针、政策和指令,医院的目的任务和自身的基础条件,社会需求和社会环境等
