电镀扩散热处理是七十年代发展起来的一种金属表面硬化新技术,已引起国内外有关技术工作者的重视。其中Delsun法,是在铜合金表面镀锡扩散的表面硬化工艺,为铜合金化学热处理开辟了新的途径,特别是在仪器仪表、电子工业中应用具有广阔的前景。本文讨论黄铜镀锡扩散处理工艺、扩散层组织和性能。一、材料和工艺方法基体材料用99.99%铜和99.95%锌,熔炼成含5%、10%、20%、30%、38%锌的黄铜,经热轧退火后供作试验材料。
