国内旧车市场管理现状

如果说我国的新车销售体制还不健全的话,那么,我国旧车的销售则更无体制可言,它还处在最简单的私人之间直接交易状态。在国外,旧车销售有三条渠道:由新车经销商经销;由独立的旧车经销商经销:私人之间直接交易。这三者在市场交易份额上各占三分之一。因为旧车的销售有很高的利润,因此旧车的销售在国外已经成为汽车市场的主要业务之一。近年来,随着国内机动车社会拥有量的快速增长,旧车交易也日趋活跃,年均增长率达20%以上。交易量占机动车社会拥有量的4～5%。这是个巨大的市场。

Because the sales of used cars are very profitable, the sales of used cars have become one of the major businesses in the automotive market abroad. In recent years, with the rapid growth of social ownership of motor vehicles in China, the trading of used cars has also become increasingly active with an average annual growth rate of over 20%. Trading volume accounted for 4% to 5% of the vehicle ownership. This is a huge market.
