为了探讨Kugel补片行无张力疝修补患者的临床护理效果。方法对本院2011年11月-2013年11月收治的48位进行kugel补片无张力疝修补术的患者进行相应的护理，并对他们的护理效果进行观察和分析。结果经过手术及精心护理，所有全部患者均一期愈合，23例术后伤口轻微疼痛，术后3 d疼痛消失，术后住院4～8 d，平均5 d。经随访3～10个月，平均6个月，所有患者无明显的腹股沟区不适或异物感，无一例复发。结论做好Kugel补片行无张力疝修补术前后的护理，加强术后并发症的观察与护理，对降低和预防手术后的并发症，促进患者早日康复具有极其重要的意义。“,”Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effects of Kugel patch tension-free repair of hernia patients.
