棉炭磺酸的制备、表征及其酸催化性能

将棉纤维放入80%的硫酸水溶液中,在80℃下碳化反应3h可以得到棉炭.将棉炭放入50%的发烟硫酸中,在80℃下磺化反应2h可以得到棉炭磺酸.XRD、FTIR和XPS分析表明:棉炭是一种无定形炭,其中与小尺寸稠环芳烃边缘碳原子相连的氢原子为磺化反应提供了许多可以取代的磺化位;棉炭经过磺化反应后,棉炭磺酸试样中出现了磺酸基和硫酸酯,但稠环芳烃中的C=C键并未破坏.对水热处理前后的棉炭磺酸进行碳、硫元素分析和磺酸基的测定表明:引入到棉炭磺酸芳烃结构中的磺酸基团能长时间在严酷的水热环境中保持不变.实验结果表明:棉炭磺酸在醇、酸酯化反应中具有良好的催化性能.
