图书馆技术工作是图书馆发展的基础保障,而图书馆技术部馆员素质是决定图书馆技术力量的重要因素。针对当前高校图书馆技术工作情况,分析技术部工作中存在的问题,提出技术部馆员应具备的素质要求。增强服务意识、提高素质能力、重视业务培训、建立科学的管理机制是图书馆技术部馆员素质培养的重要措施。
Library technical work is the basic guarantee for the development of the library, and the quality of the librarian in the library technology department is an important factor that determines the technical strength of the library. Aiming at the current situation of technical work of university libraries and analyzing the problems existing in the work of technical departments, the quality requirements of technical department librarians should be put forward. Enhancing service awareness, improving quality and ability, attaching importance to business training, and establishing a scientific management mechanism are important measures for cultivating librarianship in library technology department.
