患儿,男,8岁,在无明显诱因下咯血1次,为含泡沫鲜血,约15ml左右。咯血前无恶心呕吐,平时亦无上腹部隐痛及反酸、嗳气等,无发热,无黑便。于1993年5月18日收住入院。体检:T37.2℃,神清气平,面色略苍白,口腔及鼻咽部未见出血灶,两肺呼吸音粗,未闻及干湿性罗音,左下肺呼吸音偏低。心率102次/分,心律规则。腹子软,肝脾肋下未及。神经系统检查阴性。患儿于今年1月曾类似咯血1次,经胃肠造影检查未见异常,胸部CT检查:支气管扩张伴左下肺感染,支
