为了分析球罐焊后整体热处理工艺过程,研究球罐整体热处理对焊后残余应力应变的影响,优化球罐安装过程工艺。根据三带桔瓣式球罐结构和燃油整体热处理法的特点,在球罐组焊模拟完成的情况下,建立了球罐整体热处理和球罐组焊一体化模型。获得了球罐整体热处理后的应力应变场,分析了球罐整体热处理对焊后畸变和残余应力的影响。结果表明:球罐整体热处理完成后,焊接畸变与焊接残余应力分布与焊后基本相同,但热处理后,随着塑性变形增加,残余应力峰值下降并趋于均匀。
In order to analyze the overall heat treatment process of the spherical tank after welding, the influence of the overall heat treatment of the spherical tank on the residual stress and strain after welding is studied, and the process of installing the spherical tank is optimized. According to the characteristics of the three-zone orange valve spherical tank structure and the whole fuel heat treatment method, an integrated model of global heat treatment of the spherical tank and integrated welding of the spherical tank was established under the circumstances that the spherical tank welding simulation was completed. The stress-strain field after the whole heat treatment of the spherical tank was obtained, and the influence of the overall heat treatment of the spherical tank on the distortion and the residual stress after welding was analyzed. The results show that after the whole heat treatment of the spherical tank, the distribution of welding distortion and welding residual stress are basically the same as that after welding. However, with the increase of plastic deformation, the peak of residual stress decreases and tends to be uniform after the heat treatment.
