早搏为小儿心律失常中的常见病,临床上多见房性及室性,交界性少见,年龄在1岁以内特别是胎儿交界性早搏更为少见,现将我院所遇1例介绍如下。患儿母王××,29岁。妊2产1,妊娠39周,因不规律宫缩于1984年12月10日入院。体温36℃,脉搏84次,血压130/80。全身无浮肿。心肺正常。宫底剑突下3指,右枕前胎位。胎心150～160次,频发早搏,20～24次/分,胎动无异常变化。化验检查;红细胞
