利用花药培养进行新品种选育是一种新的育种方法,把花药培养同常规育种有机地结合起来,可以大大缩短育种周期,节省土地和劳力。但是,目前小麦花药出愈率和绿苗诱导率还不能满足育种需要。为了提高小麦花药出愈率,筛选出适合一定材料的基本培养基及其最佳成份配比,并从量的角度对影响小麦出愈率的若干因子加以分析,我们于1985—1986年做了这个正交试验,得到了预期的结果。
Breeding new varieties by anther culture is a new breeding method. Combining anther culture with conventional breeding can greatly shorten the breeding cycle and save land and labor. However, the current rate of wheat anther callus induction and green seedling can not meet the breeding needs. In order to improve the yield of wheat anther, the basic medium suitable for a certain material was screened out and the optimal composition of the medium was screened.
