大白菜单株矿质元素的吸收量与生长量并进,出苗后30天吸收量猛增,70天后增长幅度逐渐变小。每生产1000kg鲜菜约需纯氮1.816kg,纯磷0.362kg,纯钾2.834kg,纯钙1.61kg,纯镁0.214kg。大白菜对微量元素的吸收量以铁最多,锌、硼、锰较少,铜最少。莲座叶内氮、钾含量随叶龄增大而减少,钙的含量则随叶龄的增大而增加,磷、镁变化不大。各种矿质元素在不同叶位以及同叶位的中肋和软叶中的分配均有所不同。并据该研究结果初步确定了大白菜叶分析的采样时期和部位。
The uptake and growth of mineral elements of Chinese cabbage plant went hand in hand, and the absorption increased sharply 30 days after emergence, and gradually increased after 70 days. Each production of about 1000kg fresh vegetables about 1.816kg of pure nitrogen, phosphorus 0.362kg, pure potassium 2.834kg, pure calcium 1.61kg, pure magnesium 0.214kg. The distribution of various mineral elements at different leaf positions and mid-rib and soft leaves at the same position is different. According to the results of the study, the sampling period and location of cabbage leaf were preliminarily determined.
