一、配方依据我国现有儿童3.75亿左右。据1980年16个省市的营养性贫血调查,总患病率为50.4%。1987年我国卫生部已将缺铁性贫血、佝偻病、肺炎和腹泻列为最常见的四种儿童疾病、而缺铁性贫血又居四病之首。最近国内大样本调查表明,学龄前儿童锌缺乏症在40%以上。缺铁可影响儿童的听力,严重时可导致耳聋。而且缺铁儿童面孔呆板,不常微笑。缺锌儿童常食欲不振,厌食或偏食,味觉敏锐度减退,伤口不易愈合。根据我国居民饮食习惯,为提高儿童铁、锌营养水平,社会上有关专家已呼吁成立营养强化食品厂,专供学校和幼儿园的营养食品。因此在婴幼儿膳食中
