在产业SCP分析范式的基础上分析中国零售业的发展与成长过程。研究表明,我国零售业经历市场结构由近似完全竞争逐渐向垄断竞争的方向转变;在零售业对外开放之后,零售企业大都采取降低价格和扩张规模的市场行为,对企业市场绩效的变化产生了重要影响。未来零售业的健康发展,需要政府和企业的共同协作。
Analyze the development and growth of China’s retail industry on the basis of industry SCP paradigm. The research shows that the retailing industry in our country experienced the change of the market structure from near complete competition to monopolistic competition. After the opening of the retail industry, retailers mostly adopted the market behavior of reducing the price and expanding the scale, which had an important effect on the change of the market performance of enterprises influences. The healthy development of the retail industry in the future requires the joint cooperation of the government and enterprises.
