社会保险费的征收管理,直接关系到广大人民群众的切身利益,对于促进经济社会全面发展和构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。本文就社会保险费征收管理体制的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,在借鉴国外典型国家社会保障缴款征收机构选择经验的基础上,认为我国由税务部门负责征收社会保险费是一种理性的选择。并提出了完善制度、改进工作、加强管理的政策建议。
The collection and management of social insurance premiums are directly related to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people and are of great significance to promoting the all-round economic and social development and building a socialist harmonious society. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of social insurance premium collection management system. On the basis of drawing lessons from the experiences of foreign countries in choosing typical social security payment agencies, it is reasonable to assume that the tax department of our country is responsible for collecting social insurance premiums select. And put forward to improve the system, improve work, strengthen management policy recommendations.
