上海:6成一份最近的权威统计调查显示了普通市民的感知度:有57.3%的被调查居民认为,当前上海房地产市场总体“仍然偏热”或“继续过热”。在今、明两年无意购房的居民家庭中,同样有6成觉得房价太高而无力购买。这是上海市统计局城调队于2004年9月下旬开展的“居民房产需求状况跟踪问卷调查”的结论,调查对象涉及上海的黄浦、卢湾、徐汇等10个区的300户居民。调查还显示,在今、明两年有意购房的上海居民中,因动迁原因产生的刚性购房需求正在减弱,以改善居住条件为目的的较高层次购房需求则呈上升趋势。其中,有73.5%的人买房是为了改善环境,而出于动迁考虑买房的只占18.4%。浙江:8成据浙江省企业调查队调查,自1998年以来,浙江省房价一路上涨,房价与浙江省城镇
