新疆是我国绿色葡萄干的唯一产地,产品驰名国内外.但目前生产的量,远远满足不了内外销的需要.生产绿色葡萄干,按传统的加工工艺,是将采下的无核白葡萄,直接晾挂在通风良好的特制荫房内,让其自然干燥.这个方法,要求高温低湿的气候条件,所以长期以来,绿色葡萄干集中产在吐鲁番盆地.就是这个地区,丰收年份,采收期长,后期晾制的葡萄也往往不能干燥,致使品质差,损失大.近年来,南疆一些地区正在发展无核白葡萄并试制成绿色葡萄干,但要大规模生产,也会遇到制干问题.
