联合国亚太经社会与国家统计局联合举办的住户调查方案设计与评估国际研讨会于1990年5月下旬在北京举行,参加会议的国外代表31人,中国代表10人,国外代表主要来自亚太地区的22个国家和地区,此外,联合国统计司、联合国儿童基金会、国际劳工组织,日本亚太统计研修所和美国普查局也派代表参加了会议.亚太经社会统计司负责人弗莱特先生出席了会议.联合国开发署和中国外交部派代表出席了开幕式,国家统计局局长张塞在开幕式上致辞.
The International Symposium on Design and Assessment of Household Survey Programs jointly organized by UNESCAP and the National Bureau of Statistics was held in Beijing in late May 1990. There were 31 foreign delegates and 10 Chinese delegates attending the meeting, mainly from the Asia-Pacific region 22 countries and territories, in addition, representatives from the United Nations Statistics Division, UNICEF, the International Labor Organization, Japan’s Asia-Pacific Institute of Statistics and the United States Census Bureau also attended the meeting, and Mr. Fllett, head of the Statistics Division of ESCAP, attended the meeting Representatives from the United Nations Development Program and the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the opening ceremony. Zhang Sai, director of the National Bureau of Statistics, addressed the opening ceremony.
