“78MD2”住宅系外墙砌砖、内墙为大模现浇钢筋混凝土结构的多层住宅,设计图是北京市建筑设计院在1978年设计的试用标准图。本网络图是针对四单元五层“78MD2”(带地下室)住宅而绘制的。一、工程概况该工程建筑面积地上3200平方米,地下668平方米,层高2.9米,抗震烈度8度;内纵横墙均为16厘米厚大模板现浇钢筋混凝土,外墙为37厘米厚现砌砖墙;屋顶及楼层板均采用预制预应力圆孔板,内隔墙为5厘米厚预制混凝土板,预制混凝土挑檐,二毡三油屋
“78MD2” residential building is a multi-storey residential building with a large-scale cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure with bricks on the outside wall, and the design drawing is a trial standard map designed by Beijing Architectural Design Institute in 1978. This map was drawn for a four-unit, five-story “78MD2” (with basement) dwelling. I. Project Overview The project has a building area of 3,200 square meters above ground, 668 square meters underground, 2.9 meters of height, and 8 degrees of seismic intensity. The inner and vertical walls are all 16 centimeters thick and large cast-in-site reinforced concrete, and the outer wall is 37 centimeters thick. Brick walls; roofs and floors are prefabricated with pre-stressed circular orifices, internal partitions are prefabricated concrete slabs 5 cm thick, precast concrete provocations, two felts and three oil houses
