党的建设科学化是一个不断验证和修正的过程,党员身份自我认同是验证其科学化程度的内在依据。党员身份自我认同是一个自我统一和自我发展的过程,也是发展中达成的一种状态,可体现为认知、情感、意识三个层次。要验证和衡量党员身份自我认同的情况如何,就要立足这三个层次,构建出一整套评价标准体系。在定性与定量考评相结合的基础上,利用模糊数学、统计学等手段,对定性指标采取赋值的方法,实现考评从定性向定量转化。
The scientific construction of the party is a process of continuous verification and revision. Self-identification of party members is the intrinsic basis for verifying the degree of its scientificization. Self-identity of party members is a process of self-reliance and self-development. It is also a state reached during the development. It can be embodied in three levels of cognition, emotion and awareness. To verify and measure the status of self-identity party members, we must base on these three levels, to build a set of evaluation criteria system. On the basis of the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation, using fuzzy mathematics, statistics and other means, the method of assigning qualitative indicators is adopted to realize the transformation from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.
