在盘锦市人大七届一次会议上,市检察院2013年的工作报告获得满票通过,开创了盘锦检察工作的新篇章。不仅如此,全市检察机关在辽宁省“两大考评”(省检察系统业务和队伍目标考核)中也取得了历史性佳绩:市检察院进入全省先进检察院行列,全市五个基层院中:四个进入全省先进基层检察院行列,一个进入全省优秀基层检察院行列。对此,邴志凯检察长评价说:
At a meeting of the Seventh National People’s Congress in Panjin City, the municipal procuratorate’s work report in 2013 won the full vote and created a new chapter in the prosecution of Panjin. Not only that, the city’s procuratorial organs in Liaoning Province, “two test evaluation” (provincial procuratorial system business and team goals assessment) also made historic success: the city procuratorate into the ranks of the province’s advanced procuratorate, the city’s five grassroots hospital: Four entered the ranks of advanced grass-roots procuratorates in the province, one of the ranks of the province’s outstanding grass-roots procuratorates.
