为响应北京市委政法委的号召,落实“司法公开”工作,进一步加强法院与人民群众的密切联系,今年4月中旬,北京市各级法院相继举行了“开放日”活动,全市法院分别邀请各行各业及各阶层代表参观法院的审判场所及配套设施、旁听案件审理,采取开设专题讲座、发放各种宣传材料等多种形式,让人民群众真切感受司法,了解审判工作,听取群众对法院工作的意见及建议。“开放日”活动有效地加强了法院与社会公众的沟通与交流,增强了审判工作的透明与公开,为社会各界进一步了解法
In order to respond to the call of the Beijing Municipal Committee of Politics and Law Committee and implement the work of “judicial openness,” we should further strengthen the court’s close ties with the people. In mid-April this year, courts in all levels of Beijing held “Open Days” activities one after another. The courts invited all walks of life and representatives of all walks of life to visit the courts of justice and supporting facilities, listen to the case, adopt special lectures and distribute various publicity materials and other forms so that the people would really feel the justice and understand the trial work and listen to Opinions and suggestions of the masses on the court work. “Open Day ” activities have effectively strengthened the communication and exchanges between the court and the public, enhanced the transparency and openness of the trial work, and provided better understanding to all sectors of society
