一、铸造生产过程中的能耗情况 铸造生产的能耗在机械制造工厂中占全厂总能耗的30左右,1980年我国铸件平均综合单位能耗为650公斤标煤/吨铸件,而工业发达的国家仅为360—400公斤标煤/吨铸件。 铸造生产过程的能耗可概括为燃料和动力两大部分,燃料包括煤、焦、油、煤气、木柴等初级能源:动力能源则指电能,据统计,在铸铁生产中,燃料消耗约占总能耗的60—70%,其它为动力能耗,而铸钢生产中则电耗占65—75%,其它为燃料能耗,随着工业的发展,其趋势是动力能耗的比重将逐步增大。
