我们通常说的味觉,主要有酸、甜、苦和咸(辣可不是味觉,而是一种痛觉的表现)。我们对于苦味最敏感,其次是酸,接下来是咸,而对甜味的敏感性最弱。这是由于人类在进化过程中,为了生存需要能够辨别哪些东西可以吃,哪些东西不能吃。
We usually say that the taste, mainly sour, sweet, bitter and salty (spicy is not a taste, but a manifestation of pain). We are most sensitive to bitterness, followed by acid, followed by salty, and weakest with sweetness. This is due to the fact that humans, in their evolutionary process, need to be able to discern what they can eat and what they can not eat in order to survive.
