档案法律责任是指违反档案法律、法规的行为所应承担的具有强制性的法律上的责任以及对此违法行为所应采取的惩罚措施.为了保证《档案法》的贯彻实施,维护法律的严肃性,笔者现根据法学基础理论和档案执法实践,就档案法律责任若干问题作一些探讨.
