在舰艇上搬运伤员是平、战时对舰艇部队伤员救护中不可缺少的重要环节。舰艇的特点是通道窄,仓口小,拐弯多,且空间狭小,有的地方上落依靠垂直的壁梯仅可容纳1人出入。加上舰体摇摆颠簸,作战时,还可能发生各仓室互不相通,给抢救、运输伤员带来极大的困难。为解决这个问题,我院海上手术组,从难从严,在舰艇上反复演练各种搬运方法,摸索了一些经验,得到一些粗浅体会。
