氯-偏水性防锈底漆和与其配套的氯-偏水性铁红面漆已研制成功,于一九八○年五月在江苏省太仓县鉴定。该漆是根据六机部一九七六年下达的水溶性涂料科研任务,由六机部造船工艺究研所、上海开林造漆厂、江南造船厂等单位协作,在材料试制单位上海烫金材料厂、上海助剂厂、上海燎原化工厂和试用单位的大力支持下共同研制成功的。它先后在江南造船厂、上海船厂、大连造船厂、四三二厂、浙江黄岩海门船舶修造厂、湖南湘潭船厂等十多个单位的二十余条船上试验或试用,共涂装了4000多平方米,情况良好。该种漆以氯乙烯-偏二氯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚乳液树脂为基料,水作溶剂,加入106水溶性铝银浆防锈颜料、HD型增稠剂、AE缓蚀剂等配制而成。它以水作为溶剂,气味小,无溶剂毒,不燃不爆,涂刷时不易流挂。它既适用于手工涂刷,更适用于高压或低压喷涂。
