县级党校是党校系统中的基层党校,主要任务是培训轮训副科级领导干部和基层党员干部,但当前我州县级党校发展面临许多困境。在新时期,新形势下,县级党校如何改革发展,抓住机遇,迎接新挑战,开创新局面,都是党校人亟待思考和解决的问题。
The county-level school is the primary school in the party school system. Its main task is to train the leading cadres at the deputy section-level and the grass-roots party members and cadres. However, the development of county-level party schools in our county is facing many difficulties. In the new era and the new situation, how to reform and develop the county-level party schools, seize the opportunities, meet the new challenges and create a new situation are all the questions that the party school people need to think about and solve urgently.
