非O1群霍乱弧菌(不包括O139菌)是腹泻病原菌,由于它们分布较广,因此对人们的健康具有较大的威协;应用核酸技术对98株非O1菌的主要毒力基因进行检测,并从DNA和基因水平对5株非O1菌的分子特征进行研究。结果:所选菌株的染色体酶切图谱与O1群霍乱弧菌相比有很大差异,尤其与O1群流行株的差异更大,非O1菌相互之间的差异也很大;对98株非O1菌进行ctx、zot、ace、RS1基因检测,结果有2株为上述基因阳性,仅为2%左右。结果显示:非O1菌群体遗传结构复杂,变异程度高;其与O1菌,尤其是流行株(包括O139菌)的遗传关系较远;结果也说明大多数非O1菌是不致病的
