新形势下,加强员工思想政治教育工作已逐渐成为企业管理的第一要务。如何创新管理机制,提升员工思想政治教育工作实效是企业应该认真思考的问题。本文主要分析和探讨了企业思想政治教育的工作思路,并提出了自己的看法。
Under the new situation, strengthening employee ideological and political education has gradually become the top priority for business management. How to innovate the management mechanism and how to improve the effectiveness of employee ideological and political education are the problems that enterprises should think seriously. This article mainly analyzes and explores the working train of thought of ideological and political education in enterprises and puts forward my own views.
