目的:建立贝参平喘片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以A ichromBond柱(AQ-C18,4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸、0.1%三乙胺溶液(3∶97)为流动相,210 nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在(0.025~0.25)μg范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为0.74%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Beimeng Pingchuan Tablet. Methods: AichromBond column (AQ-C18, 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the separation column and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid and 0.1% triethylamine solution Phase, 210 nm for the detection wavelength, the column temperature is room temperature. Results: The peak area was linear with the concentration of ephedrine hydrochloride in the range of (0.025-0.25) μg (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 100.5% and the RSD was 0.74% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a method for determination of the content of the preparation.
