我国文化创意产业人才存在总量匮乏、层次较低、创意不强、市场意识不高等问题。究其原因,在于文化创意人才培养课程体系建设滞后,文化创意人才培养与市场需求不相吻合,文化创意人才的培养层次不能适应产业发展的需要。应通过加强培养、注重引智、瞄准本土、优化服务、保护产权等四位一体的发展策略,提高我国文化创意人才队伍服务经济社会发展的能力。
China’s cultural and creative industries there is a total lack of talent, low level, creativity is not strong, market awareness is not high and so on. The reason is that cultural and creative personnel training curriculum lags behind the construction of cultural and creative talents do not match market demand, cultural and creative talents can not adapt to the level of industrial development needs. The four-in-one development strategy should be adopted to enhance the capacity of cultural and creative personnel in our country to serve the economic and social development by strengthening training, focusing on attracting talents, targeting the local community, optimizing services and protecting property rights.
