我院从1980年1月至1992年12月共收治肾盂输尿管病变病人81例,分别用四种术式进行治疗,本文对此四种手术方式进行回顾和讨论。着重讨论了回肠段代输尿管及离断性肾盂成形术的适应症及优缺点。
Our hospital from January 1980 to December 1992 a total of 81 patients with ureteropelvic lesions were treated with four kinds of surgical treatment, the paper reviewed the four surgical methods and discussed. Focus on the ileal ureter and segmental pyeloplasty indications and advantages and disadvantages.
