刺果番荔枝Annona muricata、毛叶番荔枝A.cherimolia种子的甲醇提取物,经检测有抗寄生虫活性。从提取物中分离出的乙酰甙元对热带传染性Molinema dessetae幼虫体有着重要活性。文中详细给出了化合物的提取分离、生物活性测定方法,阐明了构效关系。结果二者的甲醇物得率分别是6%、7%,在浓度为100mg/L时,对痢疾内变形虫Enta-moeba histolytica无活性,对阴道毛滴虫Tri-chomonas vaginalis的MICs分别是30、15mg/L,且弱于对照品甲硝唑,但对Nippostrongylusbrasiliensis、Artemia salina的活性相当强。刺果番荔枝在24h、96h内对N.brasiliensis的LD_(50)分别是26、20mg/L,对A.salina的LD_(50)为40mg/L。毛叶番荔枝在24h、96h内对N.
The methanol extracts of Annona muricata and A. cherimolia seeds were tested for their antiparasitic activity. The acetophenones isolated from the extract have an important activity on the tropical infectious Molinema dessetae larvae. The extraction and isolation of compounds and the determination of biological activity are detailed in the article, and the structure-activity relationship is elucidated. Results The methanol yields of the two were 6% and 7%, respectively. At a concentration of 100 mg/L, they were inactive against Enta-moeba histolytica, and the MICs of Tri-chomonas vaginalis against Trichomonas vaginalis were 30. , 15mg/L, and weaker than the control metronidazole, but the activity of Nippostrongylusbrasiliensis, Artemia salina is quite strong.
