作者结合自身多年从事休闲体育研究经验,在通过对大量文献进行阅读与思考基础上,对当前我国休闲体育的特点、发展现状进行研究,并提出适合其未来的发展对策与建议。
Based on his years of research experience in leisure sports, the author studies the characteristics and current development of leisure sports in our country through reading and thinking about a large number of documents and puts forward the development countermeasures and suggestions that are suitable for the future.
