铜-锌矿石质量不断下降,因此必须强化矿浆的制备和进行优先浮选。根据研究结果,提出了几种有效的技术方案。即,1.用硫化矿的氧化来制备矿浆的技术;2.充气和加热调浆;3.采用改良的捕收剂和活化剂,增加活性表面较低的细粒矿物的回收率;4.采用三产品水力旋流器,增强分级效果,减少泥化和金属、硫在尾矿中的损失。综合运用以上研究的几种方案,使有色金属、贵金属和硫的回收率得到提高,精矿的质量也有了改善。
The quality of copper-zinc ore is declining, so it is necessary to strengthen the preparation of pulp and preferential flotation. According to the research results, several effective technical solutions are proposed. Namely, 1. a technique for preparing a slurry by oxidation of sulphide ore; 2. an aeration and heating mashing; 3. an improved collector and activator to increase the recovery of the finely divided mineral with a lower active surface; Three-product hydrocyclone is used to enhance the grading effect and reduce the loss of mud, metal and sulfur in the tailings. Comprehensive use of the above study several programs, so that non-ferrous metals, precious metals and sulfur recovery rate has been improved, the quality of the concentrate has also been improved.
