公文是传达贯彻党和国家的方针、政策,发布行政法规、规章和管理规章,施行行政措施和实现领导管理职能等方面的重要手段和工具,所以公文语言的规范工作意义重要且深远,因公文意义的实现与语用学研究的语言现象不谋而合,本文尝试以语用原则探讨公文语言的规范问题。
Official documents are important means and tools for conveying the guidelines and policies of the party and state, promulgating administrative regulations, rules and regulations, implementing administrative measures and leading management functions. Therefore, the normative work of official document languages is of great significance and far-reaching significance. The realization of meaning coincides with the linguistic phenomenon of pragmatics study. This paper attempts to discuss the normative issue of the official language with pragmatic principles.
