本文报告了10例输尿管开口异位病例。本病是由于胚胎发育异常引起的一种少见的先天性疾病。它的症状依赖于开口的部位。如果开口在尿道外括约肌的近侧,则可能有肾区疼痛,发热,膀胱刺激症状。如果开口在外括约肌的远侧(这种情况仅见于女性),则尽管有正常排尿,却仍有持续性滴尿。本文10例全部为女性,其中8例开口异位的输尿管是来自一侧重肾。本文介绍了输尿管开口异位的病因,临床表现,诊断方法和治疗。
This article reports 10 cases of ureteral incision ectopic cases. The disease is due to abnormal embryonic development caused by a rare congenital disease. Its symptoms depend on the site of the opening. If the opening in the proximal urethral sphincter, there may be kidney area pain, fever, bladder irritation. If the opening is distal to the external sphincter (in this case only in women), there is still persistent dripping despite normal urination. This article all 10 cases of women, including 8 cases of ectopic ureter is from one side of kidney. This article describes the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of ectopic ureter.
